RETURNS & CLAIMS

Cristaux takes extreme pride in the quality of the products we produce and safety of the goods throughout the shipping process. In the event of any unforeseen errors or damages caused during transit, we will honor the replacement of the goods along with shipping costs. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and accompany your order number, pictures of the shipping carton and damaged goods.
